Throughout my career, I’ve navigated the full arc of the tech industry: from the early days of the web to the current wave of AI disruption. I’ve built and led Tech & Services teams, driven transformation projects, and helped organizations reshape how they operate in a world where software eats everything.
Why This Blog
I’ve come to believe that experience is only valuable when it’s shared. The tech industry moves fast — sometimes too fast to process what’s actually happening beneath the surface. This blog is my attempt to slow down, think clearly, and offer perspectives grounded in execution that go beyond the hype.

I’m tech-optimistic, but I’m not blind. I keep a critical eye on the human impact. AI will transform every industry — but the organizations that thrive won’t be the ones that adopt AI fastest. They’ll be the ones that understand what AI actually changes about value, people, strategy and execution.
